Purchase and delivery conditions

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Standard Delivery Terms apply to any purchase of products and services made by the Customer from Rotostøp AS, org. no. NO 874 390 372 VAT, with any additions or changes that have been agreed in writing. For private purchases, the same conditions apply as for business customers, but without restrictions in relation to the rights granted in the Consumer Purchase Act. 2. PRICES

Delivery of products and services is carried out in accordance with the current prices in the online shop or by written agreement. All prices in the online shop are specified including VAT or ex. VAT

 

3. PAYMENT / CREDIT

Invoice payment is due net 14 days from the invoice date for companies and advance payment for private individuals. Payment after due date is calculated with late interest in accordance with the Late Interest Act.

 

4. SALE DEPOSIT

Rotostøp AS retains title to all delivered goods until they have been paid for in full in accordance with Act on sales pledge. This means that you cannot resell, transfer or change the item in any way until it has been paid for.

 

5. SHIPPING / DELIVERY

You can specify the desired transport when ordering and your own shipping conditions depending on the chosen mode of transport will then apply.

 

6. COMPLAINT

Complaints must be made in writing without undue delay after the Customer discovered or should have discovered the error or deficiency in question, and no later than 14 days after the item has been delivered. Complaints submitted too late mean that all claims resulting from errors or deficiencies cannot be asserted against Rotostøp AS.

 

7. RETURN / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When it comes to the right of withdrawal / return, we naturally comply with the Purchase Act. Goods that have been attempted to be fitted, incorrectly fitted or are damaged are normally not accepted for return.

 

8. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We do our utmost to provide correct information in the online store. The images of the products in the solution are only intended to give an impression of the item and there may be deviations from the item in relation to the image. If you are unsure about what you are ordering please email or call us to check that it is correct.

 

9. DAMAGE TO THE GOODS

If you discover damage to the item after transport, you must immediately report this to the carrier that transported the item (Posten, courier etc.). If you discover the damage only after you have unpacked it, you must immediately take the package and the item with you to report the damage to the carrier.

 

10. DISPUTES

If a dispute arises between the parties, the dispute must first be resolved amicably. If such negotiations do not lead to progress after 2 months, each of the parties can demand that the dispute be settled by arbitration. Otherwise, the provisions in the Arbitration Act of 14 May 2004 no. 25 apply.
